Credit/Debit Card. You will be prompted to download a small
virus-free plug-in. With your permission, the technician can view your
screen and share control of your mouse and

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always
have overriding control and you can end the session at
any time.
When the session is finished, we will close the connection and
